We had our first road trip this past weekend.. our first in a few years. It was great to be out and exploring! We hit a few National Parks - Voyageurs, Theodore Roosevelt, Wind Cave and Homestead... heading out Saturday for Minnesota, Sunday we wandered Voyageurs (lots of mosquitoes!) and then wandered west through North Dakota to Theodore Roosevelt. Monday we headed south into South Dakota to do Wind Cave and then Tuesday stopped at Homestead on our way home. We saw so many animals, lots of birds - eagles, osprey, pelicans, so many! Prairie Dogs, pronghorn, bison, timberland wolves... so cool!
