Back to School

We wrapped up our days at home... heading back to school tomorrow.  We spent the weekend watching our eagle nest... finishing up class work....

Emily made it home with help from Morgan... we enjoyed some game time. 

We wrapped up some Girl Scout stuff...

and Rose's guinea pig celebrated her 1st birthday...

Nora spent the afternoon baking King's Cakes for French Class...

They turned out beautiful!! 

And Maggie was wishing Rolo a Happy Birthday!

 

Home Again

Another day home (and we will be again tomorrow)

We had it all today - snow, sleet, hail, thudersleet - we've had thundersnow before.... but this is the first time we've had thundersleet

The girls even ventured out a little...

Silly girls... and then onto making a yummy dessert for tomorrow night.  Emily will come home for a movie night, hopefully the roads will be ok...

 

Crazy week so far

The fact that I can't get my pictures to load in the correct order kind of fits the week... we finally received all of our cookies that were delayed due to shipping so the girls were finally able to fill all their orders... just in time for an ice storm so we still can't deliver them.  The girls are home today due to the weather so they are working on their computers - doing zooms with their teachers and being generally goofy - the banana pictures are them "talking" to each other on banana phones.  We haven't received that much in accumulation but mostly what's come down is ice so the roads are nasty.  Maybe next week we'll actually have a full week of school!
