Science, Kitties, Conferences

Science fun at home - Rose did some science experiments at school and came home and she and Morgan did them again...lots of fun!

We've had non stop rain all week and have a freeze warning tonight - not thrilled with the no sunshine - but the trees really glow against the gray skies...

This afternoon we delivered our goodie bags to the hospital - we made them at our girl scout meeting last weekend...

Then after baton team, we headed to PetSmart for some kitty time...

Then home for conferences for Rose .. so proud of our girls!!!

 

Week View

What a week... they just keep flying by!!! It's crazy how fast the weeks go by... we kicked off the week by voting all together.. in and out in about 20 minutes!

Then Tuesday we had a virtual tour of the Walton Arts Center for our Girl Scout troop...

Then I was treated Wednesday morning with 3 deer running through the property next to school...

and some Nora/Maggie cuddles after school...

The fall leaves are just gorgeous right now...

Then the girls started on their Halloween costumes - we aren't trick or treating this year but we'll celebrate at Girl Scouts and have a party here at home. 

Friday was a virtual learning day - still getting used to all this virtual stuff... but we had haircuts too - Rose really liked how her hair came out...

Saturday we had our FLL meeting -

spent most of the meeting learning programming and with the robots..

Maggie ate through her other jacket so we made her another one...

Saturday night it was Nora's turn to go to a photography class..

Then some pumpkin fun... we exploded a pumpkin with rubber bands.. so fun! 

So much fun!!

Then today we had Girl Scouts and the girls go their costumes done - they did such a great job on them!  They are Toph and Katara from Avatar

At Girl Scouts we made goodie bags for hospital workers...

Then more pumpkin carving...

and now we are all set for Halloween next weekend...
