Frozen Celebration

A beautiful morning taking in the sunrise and some critters around us...

Then off to the movies we went...the girls were so excited to finally get to see "Frozen" (me too).. .it was so good!  Plus Rose got to see her buddy Mollie there too...

Then off to the bakery for a little snack. 

 Rose just loves his little door!

 Then off to get our Christmas tree!!!

 And up it went... love how the house smells with the tree up!!!

 Then to wrap up the day, a birthday celebration for Morgan's dad... his birthday is tomorrow but with them hitting the road tomorrow, we celebrated today...

 And a little Blokus fun before bedtime...

Eagles

 After a restless night - littlest one up twice - and early morning as usual, a new visitor was discovered right away - our resident Elf on the Shelf "Snowflake" is back...

 The girls helped me bring out the Christmas decorations...

 Of course the animals helped too...

 Then after lunch we headed out for another eagle boat trip attempt - although this time with one less... the stomach bug caught up with Morgan's dad last night so he was down for the count today. 

 But the rest of us headed out... cameras in hand and blankets and jackets to keep us warm..

 It was a beautiful day, not too cold out there, and the eagles didn't disappoint us... right away we saw our first one...

 And we kept seeing more - a dozen total including a juvenille... so neat! 

 Emily got some great shots - I need to grab her SD card to share her's as well...
