So it's summer... but what does that mean? Usually we are meandering around - enjoying time at home - time at the library - just not quite sure what to do now... Nora mentioned at dinner the other night how it just doesn't feel like summer - couldn't agree more! Some people have left for trips - some people are getting together - but the unknown is so hard to figure out....
So while we are figuring it all out - we garden...
Do puzzles....
(ordered 4 more!)
Play..
watch launches...
play some more...
and bake.....

Official Last Day
Rose had her last zoom meeting with all of the 4th graders and 4th grade teachers..
They did a scavenger hunt around the house...
She finished up all her work on Tuesday for the week... this was a science project to make a cloud...
So the girls got their last day of school gifts once Rose was all done...
I had some work to finish up at school too - Tuesday was Kindergarten pick up day so we all helped hand out their school supplies. This is all the K aides... masks on of course...
I packed up all the girls school work for the year - last time for all 3!
Yesterday was Nora's pick up day - they had bagged up all the kids locked stuff and you can through the loop and picked it up...
and also yesterday was Emily's advisor meeting for the UofA .... she registered for classes and everything!!
Piano lessons for summer started up
and Rose kept doing science experiments the rest of the day...
and we tried to watch the launch - guess we'll see what happens Saturday...
We took the pups for a walk (Gabby sat this one out)...
Rose and Nora got out the ping pong table and Dixie had a blast being ball dog...
Then today was Rose's pick up day - her last time at Holcomb!
and then home for some playdoh fun...
and Emily and I finished up her orientation for school...
and Rose and Nora got in a bike ride before more rain came...
Here is the Piano Recital Link (warning - it's really long... so see below)
