Goats

 reading - lots of reading  - Rose loves the new books she has!

 off to haircuts today  - the girls were off school for conferences -

 and Rose finished her book.. she was so excited!

 After getting our hair done - we headed over to White River Creamery - we had scheduled a tour for our Girl Scouts and their families.

 It was a beautiful day!

 So after learning all about a dairy farm, making cheese, goats and so much more - we brought home some goodies that they made - yummy cheese and homemade bacon!

 The rest of the afternoon was playtime at home, yoga and kitty time at PetSmart. so fun!

Conference Wrap

 Finally a dry evening, lots of rain and storms the last few days...

 But we finally wrapped up the last of the conferences tonight,  We met with Nora's teacher tonight...

 All the girls have made us so proud...

 We celebrated with dinner out...

and not that this was taken tonight, we've had our share of some spectacular lightning lately - Nora captured this picture of lightning on the ipad... pretty cool, huh?

Week Back

 The first week back at school this week... whew!  It's even worn Dixie out... but the girls have enjoyed the hit or miss sunshine...

 and the cleaning of the crystals continues...

 I got to bring one of my favorite activities to my classroom Monday - it's butterfly and ladybug time!!

 Monday was my turn at dance carpool so we grabbed Chinese for dinner - love the fortunes...

 Today,  Rose and I enjoyed some park time (by the way, when did she start looking like such a big girl?  Sigh) ...

 She was so excited to tell me all about how she learned about how to tell time and to measure in inches and feet today... love how much she enjoys learning!
