All in a Day

 A morning of PTA catch up before heading up to school to eat lunch with this one...

 with a tagalong... one of my students and his mom joined us for a tour of Holcomb and lunch with Rose.  He'll be starting kindergarten there next year so we were just showing them around.

 Back home to work on birthday party prepping and back out again to get the girls.. out to drop Emily off at art class... one of her furry friends as a welcome committee..

 then off to choir and back home before getting groceries... then home to dress for swim team and back out again to drop Nora off with Morgan...

 back home with Emily after art - here are some of her cat drawings she did...

 Tucked Rose in ... her last night as a 6 year old!  Geez.. whew!  and just sharing a little news - this is my cousin Sue from MA... sending congrats to her!!  How awesome!!

Monday Monday

Monday came swiftly and what a day - just here there and everywhere and still homework and piano practice to get done.. whew!

Eagles

 Emily wrapped up her weekend retreat for her confirmation - I couldn't find her in these pictures - but they had posted them on the church's FB account of all the confirmation candidates - so she's there somewhere!

 Meanwhile, back home - we had a full morning of choir practice, Mass, religion class then home to sell some cookies - this is the last week of presales and we hadn't been able to get out yet...

 Then we met Morgan and Emily at church - swapped cars - and we headed off to Beaver Lake for our eagle cruise - we were going with a couple of our Girl Scout families...

 Since we were going from church - we went by War Eagle mill this time...

 and we got to the boat just on time...

 We were all ready to go...

 Our first eagle sighting was as we pulled out of the dock...

 I believe these were loons... but not sure...

 Our 2nd eagle sighting...

 and then a 3rd...

 I was quite pleased with this shot...

 As we were heading back it was getting quite cold...

 But the girls were still having fun!

 and then we were done..

 On the way home, the sunset was gorgeous so Emily snapped a few pictures...
